We help you turn turbulent times into opportunity

We partner with you in assessment, analysis, strategy and implementation. Either supporting you to take action or stepping in to design and facilitate interventions.

The quality of crisis-response, conflict resolution and community engagement are some of the most powerful parts of the ‘hidden curriculum’ of any college.

Participating in the well handled resolution of a conflict can be a learning experience that lasts a lifetime.

On the other hand, dis-congruency can undermine any powerful value statement or thoroughly planned curriculum. Young people have very sensitive antennas for this and it’s easy to lose their trust and respect.

We help you in building a congruent and resilient school culture that aligns with your values, vision and curriculum.

EXAMPLE projects

At United World College Maastricht we helped navigate the turbulence caused on campus by the recent flaring up of violence in the Israel / Palestine region after the Hamas attacks of October 7th 2023 and the response of the Israeli government. We helped leadership design a path of action and created space for re-connection and dialogue between Israeli and Palestine students.

At Woodstock School - one of the top international boarding schools in India - we helped them build the community fabric that could advance their vision for an empowering and holistic education that truly elicits the greatness of the students. Over the period of 1.5 years, we worked with leadership, teachers, boarding staff and administration to foster the culture and connectedness needed as a context for such an education.

See this article about our work at Woodstock School in the magazine of the Association for the Advancement of International Education.
